[CWRU Alumni] Cleveland Indians Spring Training 2015

Join Case Western Reserve University as the Phoenix alumni chapter hosts an annual outing to watch a Cleveland Indians Spring Training game against the Chicago White Sox.

Our guests will gather on the terrace, a private, covered area, on the third level behind Home Plate. Registration includes your ticket to the ballpark, as well as food and soft drinks provided exclusively for CWRU alumni. Terrace opens at noon.
Food served in the terrace area at 12:30.
First pitch is at 1:05.

FAQs

How will I get my ticket(s) to the ballpark?
You will be able to pick up your tickets to the Terrace at the ballpark ticket office on game day.

What is the menu?
BBQ beef slices, baked chicken, chili cheese dogs, garden salad sides, scalloped potatoes, green beans, bread rolls, mini desserts, assorted soft drinks, traditional condiments and garnishes.

What should I wear?
Attire for the event is casual.

Where should I park?
Guests are responsible for their own parking. Parking is available outside the ballpark for $5.00 a car. Information about parking can be found here.

Is my registration transferrable?
Registrations are not transferrable to another individual. Nametags will be available upon check-in for easy mingling with your former classmates.

What is the refund policy?
Requests for refunds should be directed to Chamois Williams at crw75@case.edu. Requests will not be honored after March 24.

What if the event is sold out?
Due to the maximum capacity of our venue, we can only accommodate 40 guests. If the event is sold out, please join the waiting list in the case that any tickets become available. Those individuals will be contacted and have four hours to purchase tickets before moving onto the next individual.
